Order Management/Customer Service Coordinator

Salary: £22,000 - £24,000

Due to continued growth and success this local organisation is seeking a versatile team player to join their growing business. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication skills, high levels of attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload. This position incorporates a wide variety of duties which include the following;

  • Providing a first class customer service to new and existing customers
  • Answering volume telephone calls
  • Taking and placing all purchase orders onto the system received through the website and email
  • Communicate with the warehouse re stock control and distribution
  • Communicate with dealers regarding technical enquiries
  • Regular contact with customers to maintain and increase account penetration
  • Providing full office administrative support within all departments
  • Following up quotations and latest offers with customers
  • Covering other team members, within different department during times of holiday/sickness absence

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • A strong team player
  • Microsoft proficient (Outlook, Excel, Word etc)
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task
  • Knowledge of Sage would be an advantage

This is a full time, permanent opportunity and offers company benefits including holiday pay, pension and free parking. The working the hours Monday to Friday 9am until 17.30pm
