Do you have good administration skills? If so, our client located in Bristol is seeking an individual to join their team to complete Administrative duties.

The main focus of the role is to provide administrative support to the Development Team, liaising with internal or external stakeholders as required ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the department.

You will be responsible for accurately processing purchase orders, requisitions and payments, updating and managing database systems, coordinating and arranging meetings and assisting with other duties as required, while ensuring that all standards are met and policies and procedures are followed.


  • You must have strong administrative experience gained within a busy office environment ,be highly organised with the ability to work on your own initiative, prioritise effectively and manage a busy workload, often to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent IT, team working and customer service skills are essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to support the team and resolve queries quickly and efficiently.
