Collections Call Handlers

Salary: £21,000 - £24,000

How would you like to join one of the fastest growing financial services business in the UK? Our client is currently seeking x 3 Collections Call Handlers due to recent company growth.

Hours of work are as follows on a weekly rotational shift basis

8am - 4.30 Mon - Fri

9am - 5.30 Mon - Fri

10.30am - 19.00pm Mon - Fri

11.30am - 20.00pm Mon - Fri

You will be required to work one Saturday approximately every 8 weeks


  • Interacting with a range of customers, organising and maintaining payments
  • Delivering timely and accurate administration duties
  • Dealing with general account queries and questions
  • Building rapport and showing understanding, empathy and providing payment solutions to suit customers’ needs and situations
  • Maintain process and policy knowledge in line with regulations.
  • Delivering first class service to both internal and external customers
  • Inbound and Outbound calling using IVM system


  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience working within a customer focused role
  • Ability to learn and process complex information
  • Ability to interpret information given to you
  • Be able to establish customers needs by good questioning and listening skills
  • Self-motivated and enjoys delivering exceptional service.
