This organisation is seeking a number of individuals to join their growing team on a 6 month fixed term basis. These roles may develop into permanent job opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Verify customer data on the in house computer system
  • Ensure an outstanding level of quality and attention to detail is achieved when processing supplier data.
  • Ensure any outbound calls are actioned in a timely and professional manner
  • To ensure any error codes or written communication tor suppliers are factual, professional and error free.
  • Assist with customer service telephone calls during busy periods
