This growing company is seeking a committed and confident individual to join their finance team. There are two main elements to roles within the Cash Management function.

Banking and Platform Reconciliations

Responsible for identifying receipts in all bank accounts and making all client payment calculations.

Entering all transactional data onto the cash sheet and reconciling this to the bank statements and platform on a daily basis.

Calculate and process all financial transactions for all of the clients.

To obtain supporting documentation to enable the correct allocation of all receipts . Responsible for calculating the correct residual for return to the clients and to gain authorisation.

To scan all documents relating to transactions to secure online storage.

Reconcile the suspense account on a monthly basis.

Prepare, calculate payments and to gain authorisation for commissions as required.

Manage the funder bidding process which involves investing investors’ money according to a given set of instruction.

Manage investors’ funds in accordance to specific email instruction from investor during large scale auctions

Ensure the procedure file is updated and compliant with all company procedures.

AMS Reconciliations:

On a daily basis load payments into the client bank account ready for authorisation. Keep the client bank account updated for new Clients/Investors and any other changes.

To process all real transactions from the clients bank accounts in the virtual AMS. Reconciling these accounts daily with the Platform and taking into account individual financial transactions. To keep database updated with new accounts and changes.

Manage the withdrawal of funds in accordance to the investors’ withdrawal process, reviewing cash balances held and highlighting any bank account discrepancies.

You will ideally have previous experience using Xero Accounting System, together with strong Excel skills. You will pay attention to detail and accuracy at all times and be well organised
