An exciting opportunity has become available for a career orientated individual who wishes to pursue a career within the HR arena. Our client, located in Andover, is looking for an Administrator with strong literacy skills to join their fast-moving environment. This is a fixed term 12-month contract with the view to becoming a permanent opportunity.
The successful candidate will manage the departments administrative tasks. Duties will include filing, processing job applications, arranging interviews and implementing the induction process. You will also be responsible for any other ad hoc duties as required. The ideal candidate will require high levels of attention to detail, and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as required. Previous HR/Administrative experience would be preferred but is not essential.
The successful candidate will work directly with the HR Officer, but will also be part of the overall HR team, dealing with key stakeholders of all seniority throughout the head office and company. Within this up and coming role there is also a possibility to study for CIPD which will be funded by the company.
