Temporary Complaints Handler

Salary: £150 per day

We are urgently seeking an experienced Complaints Handler who can work on a temporary basis for this reputable organisation located in central Basingstoke. The ideal candidate will have extensive exposure gained from with the Financial Services industry and will have exceptional understanding of the Consumer Credit Act and Consumer Finance regulations.

Required skills:

  • Understanding of consumer finance regulations and the consumer credit act
  • Experience of handling complaints within a financial services environment
  • Understanding of FCA and FOS
  • Good writing skills for letters and email correspondence to customers and potentially regulatory bodies, as well as professional telephone manner.
  • Due to nature of the role CRB/DBS checks will be undertaken
