That’s why we operate a comprehensive screening programme for all our candidates, whether temporary, permanent or contract, thorough interviewing, computerised testing and referencing, in order to fully assess candidates before recommending them to you.
In fact, we’re so confident of our candidates’ abilities that we offer a first day guarantee on temporary assignments. If our Temporary Workers are not right for the job, you get your money back, and because we understand when you need a temp, you need one in a hurry, we aim to provide a 30-minute response time to your initial call.
Tulip also offers a unique Quality Assessment Service - an opportunity for you to express your views on how we operate and the standards of service we achieve. We believe it’s only by listening to you that we can constantly improve the service we provide.
What other services do we provide?
Other additional services include on-site interviewing for companies who are losing staff. At your invitation, we can come to your premises to interview and advise your staff on interview techniques and CV compilation. We can also provide salary surveys and a payroll service.
