Re-Brand Administrator

Salary: £10 - £10.40 per hour
Ref: Newbury - T0009

Our client requires a temporary Administrator to provide specific administrative support to the Workplace Management Team in relation to re-branding projects across the business. This will include the input of data and processing of new staff access/identification cards and lanyards, plus organising distribution and delivery across the business.

The ideal candidate must be available immediately and will be experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, have strong administrative and data entry experience and have the ability to work with strong stakeholders.

This role will require some travel so you must have access to your own form of transport.

Requirements

  • Using INET program to create, administer and amend staff data
  • To attend project & workstream meetings, documenting minutes & actions
  • To liaise with outside contractors reference arrangements for external and internal office signage changes and amendments.
  • Assist in setting up workshops, meetings and taking minutes
  • Dealing and meeting with suppliers and organising quotations
  • Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required
