Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client’s team following a significant increase in recruitment needs. Monday to Friday (37 hours per week) – 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home. Open to flexible arrangements with school drop offs/pickups or other commitments

Key responsibilities:

• Managing high-volume in-house recruitment
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
• Leading direct sourcing strategies, utilising advertising, job boards & social media to reduce agency spend
• Ensuring full recruitment compliance, including conducting DBS checks etc
• Issuing contracts, maintaining accurate reports, and ensuring attention to detail throughout all documentation

Skills and experience:

• Proven in-house recruitment experience managing multiple roles simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Expertise in direct sourcing and social media advertising
• Experience recruiting Trades professionals would be highly beneficial
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance requirements (e.g. DBS checks, right to work etc)
• Meticulous attention to detail, especially with contracts and reporting
